TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions for Customers of Theia Space shall govern your order of items featured on the list of Theia Space products.

To start the sales process, it is necessary to receive a formal Purchase Order with the customer's billing details (company name, address, VAT number), to whose address an invoice will be sent.

All prices indicated in the offer are expressed in Euros and exclude VAT. Shipping costs will be included in the final price of the estimate. Payment must be made in Euros and by bank transfer prior to shipping the product.

The period of delivery will be three months from the date of payment. Additional costs related to customs are not included.

Offer includes two-year technical support and software updates as they become available.
